Congratulations on an outstanding season!  We look forward to your team’s participation in the 2008 USSSA Fast Pitch 16 & Under “B” West World Series Tournament. Your USSSA Fast Pitch State Director will enter teams in the appropriate division of play. The USSSA World Series Tournament will be held in Peoria, Arizona. Games will be played at the Rio Vista Community Park on July 20th – 27th, 2008.

The USSSA Fast Pitch program will use a 5-game guarantee format in the World Series Tournament. Teams will be seeded into pools based on current USSSA ranking points and play a round robin. All teams will be seeded into a double elimination championship bracket following pool play. Seeding will be based on pool finish. The exact format of the tournament, e.g., number of games, number of teams in each pool, etc., will be set by the Tournament Director following USSSA Fast Pitch guidelines as approved by the USSSA Fast Pitch National Committee.

YOUR STATE DIRECTOR MUST RECEIVE your team’s World Series entry form and cashiers’ check or money order for the entry fee BY JULY 14, 2008 to guarantee your spot in the tournament. Your entry fee, in the amount of $450.00, should be made payable to: USSSA Fast Pitch. For a listing of state directors, their addresses, e-mail, and phone numbers click HERE. Teams must go through their state director and may not directly enter the World Series Tournament.  Our online entry form is interactive.  It can be completed online and then printed, needing only the Team Manager's signature before mailing to your state director.

THE TEAM ROSTER MUST BE ENTERED IN THE USSSA SYSTEM PRIOR TO ENTRY INTO THE TOURNAMENT. Your State Director Must Review, Approve, and Freeze the Roster. This roster must be the one that was submitted to your State and/or Area Director when your team qualified for this tournament. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the suspension of your team from participation in this tournament! All rosters must be online at usssa.com

All players participating in USSSA Fast Pitch youth tournament play shall have proof of age in possession of their team manager at all times. Proof of age must be verified by a government issued document that identifies the player by name, gender and birth date. Failure to produce a copy of such document upon demand by or deemed fraudulent by a tournament official will result in the offending team losing the game, being eliminated from the tournament, being placed last in the standings and forfeiting all awards, sponsors travel money and tournament berths that would have been awarded at the tournament.
